Richard Budden

Richard Budden leads Esri's business in the European region. During his career, he has led and managed large and successful teams on complex multidisciplinary projects, and worked with customers and partners across the Middle East and UK, including Smart Dubai, the Qatar Ministry of Municipality and Environment, UAE Ministry of Public Works, Crossrail and the London Borough of Islington.
