Trimble has released SketchUp 2016, the company’s well-known 3D modeling software for architects, engineers, design and construction professionals. The new release provides SketchUp users access to Trimble Connect, a cloud-based collaboration platform allowing teams to access, analyze, manage and share project data from the cloud anywhere, at any time. With the integration of Trimble Connect, SketchUp Pro, allows teams to more easily access, reference, share and collaborate on projects in the cloud. In addition, SketchUp 2016 offers several enhancements to its core modeling tools, such as streamlined reporting, increased overall usability and a tighter integration with 3D Warehouse.
