Rotterdam has a large GIS department that does a lot of innovation with geo data. The city is situated in a large Delta area so city roads are sinking at certain rate that requires maintenance to keep infrastructure up to date. Moving toward Smart city then it is a city where information is not just available but also findable and for this Infrastructure needs attention.
