Josef Strobl, Professor, University of Salzburg, Austria welcomed Prof. Mike Goodchild, Emeritus Professor of Geography, University of California, USA to the GWF2022 stage, where he gave a memorial lecture on the Father of Geographic Information System, Roger Tomlinson.
