The Norwegian Mapping Authority is one ofย theย few mapping authorities in the world that integrates hydrographic, topographic, land mapping, and registry data in Norway. The organization undertakes the registration of about 1.5 million properties and legal rights every year. Six million searches are performed on its registry platform every day. This reflects the significance of geospatial data in the country.
For creating an integrated data platform comprising cartography, land, and cadaster, the Office of Land Affairs, Geodesy and Cartography Mongolia is this yearโs recipient of Enabling Public Policy & Infrastructure Award.
