BST develops sUAS for extreme altitude data gathering

< 1 Minute Read

Black Swift Technologies (BST) has developed an sUASย that can easily gather data at extreme altitudes and can deliver geo-referenced digital aerial images.

Utilizing BSTโ€™s SwiftTrainer, a turnkey sUAS flight system is designed specifically for GIS mapping applications.

Recently, in a demonstration, the sUAS captured millions of data points while flying over Colorado’s Mount Evans, in a fully autonomous flight mode.

The geo-tagged images were easily integrated into processing software, that can be easily converted into a highly detailed map.
