US: Systel, Inc., an industry leader in rugged computing, will showcase next-generation rugged computing solutions purpose-built for artificial intelligence and deep learning mission sets at the 2018 AUSA Army Autonomy and Artificial Intelligence Symposium and Exposition November 28-29, 2018.

Systel’s rugged mission computers, including fully sealed High-Performance Embedded Edge Computing (HPEEC) mission computers and high-density rugged rack mount servers, enable autonomous warfare capability, critical to the future fleet of fighting vehicles. Systel’s systems are optimized for battle conditions, engineered to withstand extreme environmental conditions.

“Leveraging advanced computing technologies can help solve mission-critical data processing workloads for the modern warfighter,” stated Aneesh Kothari, vice president of marketing for Systel. “Our proven rugged computing solutions enable deep learning and machine learning capabilities to use AI as a force multiplier in-line with the Army’s modernization program. Systel’s single LRU small form factor systems provide advanced sensor capture and data fusion and are SWaP-2C optimized for mission success in multi-domain operations.”

Craig Powell, CD, Systel vice president of global ISR business development, briefed military and civilian leaders on rugged edge computing solutions for artificial intelligence at a “Tech Ten” presentation.
