This app allows growers to easily manage their precision farming tasks direct from the tractor cab. It streamlines the variable rate application process to save time, money and effort. The touchscreen system runs on an iPad, and allows the user to find, control and edit files quickly. The app is also equipped with automatic write back of data into crop recording systems and the capability to record points of interest, such as, weed populations. According to Simon Parrington, SOYL’s commercial director, data management is a key factor to improve the user experience. And iSOYL allows effortless data transfer from office to field. The app is free to download from the Apple App Store But, by shellin gout $795, you can get a smart cable, in-cab charging solution, all adaptors and the in-cab mounting system.
