US: Photogrammetry software developer, SimActive has bought Correlator3D from Cornerstone Mapping. The company based in U.S., is using the software to process large datasets of thermal imagery.
“Our main requirement was to process thermal-infrared data for multiple applications including city-wide energy audits, surface water assessment, and rooftop leak detection”, said Aaron Schepers, President of Cornerstone Mapping. “Correlator3D was chosen after reviewing available professional tools.”
“Companies specialized in aerial surveys such as Cornerstone remain at the core of our client base”, said Dr Philippe Simard, President of SimActive. “The software is able to process any type of imagery, including multispectral and hyperspectral data, within the same workflow.”
