California: SeeControl, a San Francisco-based company, has rolled out ThinkTracr, a SaaS GPS tool for tracking. The tool offers location tracking and historical analytics reporting using a small and attachable GPS unit that requires no tools or wiring. It can be used for cars, trucks, trailers, packages, site equipment etc.
ThinkTracr utilises SeeControl’s Nexus M2M cloud platform and a battery powered GPS unit for tracking. It has a modifiable dashboard that allows users to personalise how they view the tracking information in the most convenient way for them. It has the ability to upgrade and expand to new GPS trackers globally as they come on the market. It has store 90-day location history. Data export could be done in CSV or PDF. One could generate trip reports also. ThingTracr uses various battery-powered GPS devices, which can also notify users of several alarms including motion detected, speeding, and information regarding battery life.
