Oleg Ostapenko, head of Roscosmos made this announcement. “I think it will add an impetus to handling certain technical issues,” said Oleg. The opening of the office will promote projects in various fields. Among them can be laser technologies, earth remote sensing (we are determined to improve this programme), the application of the GLONASS system and many more.
