India: Rolta India Limited has announced the unaudited financial results for quarter ended June 30, 2014. It posted consolidated revenue of Rs. 8.81 billion against Rs. 6.13 billion in Q4 FY-13, clocking a year-on-year growth of 44 percent. The consolidated EBITDA was Rs.2.96 billion against Rs. 2.27 billion in Q4 FY-13 registering a year-on-year growth of 30.3 percent and quarter-on-quarter growth of 5.2%. It's consolidated profit before exceptional item and tax was Rs. 0.69 billion against Rs. 0.86 billion in Q4 FY-13 marking a year-on-year decline of 19.8 percent and quarter-on-quarter growth of 33.8 percent.
Rolta continues to win geospatial and engineering solution projects in various geographies including newer markets like Turkey by leveraging its IP and domain expertise, coupled with vertical-specific knowhow. It recently won a GIS project in Trakya, Turkey to offer digital mapping for utility infrastructure.
