Hong Kong: Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) appointed Bill Jones as RICS ASEAN Director. He will commence duty on 31 October, 2011 and be based in Singapore. Bill has an excellent understanding of RICS and the role of Chartered Surveying in the region.”

Originally designated as a Chartered Valuation Surveyor in 1986 whilst working for Sutcliffe & Co in the North West of England, Bill was a member of the North West England & Isle of Man Branch.
