Solution for field data entry. Micronics GPS has made available its TUSANI registered design “Predator” 2007-S iPAQ ruggedized kit.
The product excels in the Utilities, Law enforcement, Local Government, Fire fighting, Mining Exploration, Forestry and Military environment.
The kit is available in four attractive colours including HP blue. A teaspoon handle is all that is needed to install the kit in the field. There are no screws or parts to be lost. The iPAQ can be quickly removed if required, without tools. A special sealed silicon membrane protects the screen for up to 5 years, using special maintenance oil.
The 2007-S “Predator” kit takes a standard iPAQ and envelops it into a lightweight sealed, waterproof, dust proof, drop proof sleek unit. The Predator follows the IPAQs curves internally for maximum strength. All front face iPAQ shortcut buttons are functional. A sealed rugged recessed quality Swiss connector is used to connect to serial/USB and charger cables.
