The Greensboro Economic Development Partnership has recently launched its redesigned Web site, which features a GIS property locator.
The new site, www.greensboroedp.com, was designed for site location consultants, corporate real estate executives and national real estate brokers. Along with the GIS function, the site also features downloadable files for information gathering and a range of demographic, work force and incentives information.
The GIS function is a Web-based database of available buildings and sites in Greensboro and Guilford County. Users can search by property type and size, as well as address.
