NRSC to be strategic partner of GeoSmart India, Hyderabad

RSCIndia: One of the most renowned centres responsible for remote sensing satellite data acquisition, processing, data dissemination, aerial remote sensing National Remote Sensing Centre (NRSC) –an important segment of ISRO strikes strategic partnership for GeoSmart India this year. The event is scheduled from 3rd to 5th December 2019 at HICC, Hyderabad.

NRSC excels in promoting enhanced utilization of remote sensing by delivering quality data products, developing value added services and implementing outreach programmes. It also has the mandate for establishing ground stations for receiving satellite data, generating data products, dissemination to the users, developing techniques for remote sensing applications including disaster management support, geospatial services for good governance and capacity building for professionals, faculty and students.

GeoSmart India with its futuristic themes is considered to be the most prominent stakeholder event of the Indian geospatial ecosystem. This year, it will bring together the evolving world of geospatial and emerging technologies – a revolution that is set to transform every aspect of our lives.
