Vancouver, British Columbia – September 4, 2002 – IDELIX Software Inc. has announced the addition of technology industry leader, Morgan Sturdy to its Board of Directors.
In 2000, he stepped back into a management consulting role with NICE, a provider of computer telephony solutions. Mr. Sturdy also served as Chairman of Hothaus Technologies Inc., a developer of DSP solutions for voice over IP, until it was acquired by Broadcom Corporation in July of 1999 for $270 million. He has been an active champion of technology development in Canada and has volunteered his time working as the Chairman of BCTIA, the Governor of Science World, and as a past Chair of AceTech, the Vancouver Enterprise Forum. Mr. Sturdy currently serves on the Board of Directors for 7 other BC-based technology companies including: Q/Media Services, Discovery Parks Inc., Wavemakers Inc., Voice Mobility International, CREO Products Inc., Ignition Point Technologies, and TIR Systems.
