Montreal Newspaper successfully implements routing to streamline its daily route operations

To achieve on-time delivery and improved route network operations, La Presse needs to optimize its fleet’s activities, which include truck volume capacity constraints (this varies depending on the day of the week) and loading time; an average of 6,000 daily delivery drops (again, varies depending on the day of the week) that need to be processed within strict time windows.
