August 15,2002 – MapInfo Corporation President and CEO Mark Cattini and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Joseph Gersuk yesterday submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) their certifications of MapInfo’s SEC Form 10-Q filing for the quarter and nine months ended June 30, 2002.
These certificates were provided in compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
