Karnataka Government will unveil its strategy for implementation of e-governance in August.
Keeping in view the commitment made by the Chief Minister, Mr S.M. Krishna in his Budget speech, efforts are underway to frame a strategy, according to Dr A. Ravindra, Chief Secretary. The Government hopes to complete computerisation of
Government departments such as the sub-registrar offices, land records and transport departments as part of the thrust of e-governance strategy.
