Japanese company to provide GPS-based tracking services

Japan: Japan-based mobile phone operator NTT Docomo recently announced that it will start providing location tracking services to corporate customers by next year.

NTT Docomo will provide users of the service with a 30-gram device that can be easily attached to a person”s belongings. “The location and time information of users of the device can be tracked with cellphones and other equipments that use GPS,” said company officials.
