Austria: Singapore-based Imagemaps has become the first non-Microsoft calibration and support centre in the worldwide UltraCam service network to offer support all over Asia. The addition of a service centre and calibration lab in Singapore will make it possible for Microsoft to handle support calls 24/7 from anywhere in the world.

The high precision calibration lab of Imagemaps is located in the company’s Singapore Science Park facility. Its unique 10-meter-wide calibration frame is mainly useful for working on the new UltraCam Osprey nadir/oblique camera. The lab is backed by a highly efficient process to manage airfreight, service scheduling, import/export and spares inventory so that the cameras are returned in prime condition and with minimum downtime for the owners.
