UAE: IGN France International will attend the 5th edition of the international exhibition MAP MIDDLE EAST 2009, to be held on April, 26th – 28th at the Abu Dhabi Exhibition Centre.
IGN France International decided to participate in MAP MIDDLE EAST after winning an important tender. Last February, IGN France International won a consultancy bid in the field of 3D models. This bid was launched by the Abu Dhabi Municipality.
A project manager and engineers specialised in 3D modelling and GIS will be based in Abu Dhabi to monitor the whole project. The participation of the IGN France subsidiary in MAP MIDDLE EAST means that IGN France International is willing to develop its strategic position in those highly competitive markets.
The company has also decided to open up a local branch in 2009 named IGN France International Abu Dhabi Branch.
