China: The International Cartographic Association (ICA) is organising a workshop on Cartography in Early Warning and Crisis Management. The event will be held at Wuhan University, China on December 3-5, 2013.
The ICA commission Research Agenda is mentioned at: https://icaci.org/commissions/ and coming workshop partly follows it and partly enriches that agenda with effort to better recognise and understand Asian, Regional and Local specifications and improve effectiveness of decision making on the background of the World trends in Emergency and Risk management.
