US: Horizon Survey Company (Horizon) has acquired a controlling interest in Pelydryn. The two companies will retain their individual identities and continue to operate independently. Under the agreement, Horizon and Pelydryn may combine services to provide the clients with comprehensive marine and airborne survey solutions.
Horizon and Pelydryn are represented worldwide and this relationship capitalises on the existing range of specialist services that can be delivered which includes marine survey and geotechnical services and airborne bathymetric and topographic LiDAR surveys.
With this acquisition Horizon continues to support the clients by expanding the services and adds LiDAR surveys to the core competencies.
