Hexagon reports 10 percent increase in operating earnings in Q4

Sweden: Swedish technology giant Hexagon has released its Year-End Report for 2018. It’s operating earnings grew to 271 million euros in the fourth quarter(an increase of 10 per cent), up from 246 million euros a year earlier.

 On its growth, the company stated that it was confident it could keep growing and strengthen margins in spite of uncertainties in the world economy.

Organic sales for the group rose to 5 per cent, which matched with analysts’ expectations as well as its Operating cash flow increased by 46 per cent amounted to 263 million euros from 180 million euros.

Not only this, the organization’s earnings per share, excluding non-recurring items, increased by 11 per cent amounted to 0.60 euros as compared to 0.54 euros.

Also, The Board of Directors proposed a dividend of 0.59 euros ( which was 0.53 earlier) per share, which is an increase of 11 per cent.
