GeoEye announces strategic partnership with SPADAC

Virginia, USA, 13 June 2007: GeoEye announced a strategic partnership and investment with SPADAC, a provider of geointelligence and predictive analysis solutions for government and private industry. Under the agreement both the companies can use each others tools in research and development efforts.

GeoEye’s partnership is aimed at providing its customers with predictive analysis and geointelligence solutions of SPADAC in combination with M.J. Harden’s aerial imagery capabilities after the launch of their GeoEye 1 satellite which will provide images up to a spatial resolution of 0.45m. The combination of high resolution image by GeoEye 1, tools provided by SPADAC and M J Hardene is expected to form a suite for value-added offerings to commercial and government sectors.
