(GSI), a provider of portable 3D coordinate measurement systems for industrial measurement, located in Melborne and Florida has announced the release of their new V-STARS/E4X Digital Photogrammetry system. This entry-level product can be used for a wide range of applications that do not require the highest level of accuracy or expandability as provided by GSI’s top-of-the-line V-STARS/S8 Single Camera and V-STARS/M8 Dual Camera systems.
The highly mobile V-STARS/E4X is well-suited for fast, non-contact measurement of large objects in production environments where downtime is critical, or in industrial settings where formidable conditions like vibration, movement, and temperature are ever present. This photogrammetric solution can be used for part and tool inspection, part building, surface measurement, reverse engineering, bridge block measurements and more.
