October 7 – KOREM has announced that GEObroadcasting 2002 will be held from December 3rd to December 5th, 2002 at the Château Frontenac in Québec City. The event, organized in collaboration with MapInfo Corporation, is the most important happening to take place in the province of Québec for IT integrators and MapInfo users. This annual conference is dedicated to exploring the potential of Web-mapping applications and the showcasing of MapInfo products.
GEObroadcasting 2002 is under the honourable presidency of Mr. Mark Cattini, MapInfo Corporation’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Also present at the event, Mr. Thierry Asmar, General Manager at Claritas France and Mr. David Sonnen, president at Integrated Spatial Solutions Inc. These three special guests will address the participants at key moments during the event in order to share their vision of the current and future developments in the industry. Furthermore, many members of the MapInfo’s management staff will participate as guest speakers and will also make themselves available to discuss with participants.
