Madrid, Spain, 29 March 2007: Some weeks ago Genasys, a company specialized in location-based services and geographic information systems, widened its commercial network with the appointment of Francisco Sánchez Díaz as LBS Applications Sales Director.
For the last decade, Francisco Sánchez has been working in the technological sector, developing his professional career in MyAlert, Grupo Dycsa and Tempos21, where he occupied an executive position.
“I’m delighted to join Genasys” comments Francisco Sánchez, “renowned as a leader in Location Based Services. The Location market is growing and we’re ready to offer applications to operators and to any company able to use location technology to improve its end-user services. In our applications portfolio, we want to promote services for transport and security companies without forgetting solutions that allow users to locate the nearest service.”
Some months ago, Genasys welcomed Alberto Nicoletti as Sales and Marketing Director, and appointed Juan Carlos Martínez Peinado as Director for Global Business Development. These appointments increase its presence in the LBS value chain and reinforce the market positioning in the mobile application area.
