GARNIX transfers waypoints, routes and tracks between a GARMIN(TM) GPS device and a PC. It also converts coordinates to/from various coordinate systems. The builtin coordinate converter uses LIBGEO, i.e. all coordinate systems and datums are fully user configurable.
GARNIX has a command-line and (text-)file based user interface (no GUI).
