10 April 2006: ESRI and the health care software company Planning 2.0 announced on April 6, the release of Business Analyst Online for Health, a one-stop shop for health care providers and hospitals in the United States seeking strategic planning and marketing information applications. This combines GIS technology with extensive demographic, consumer expenditure, and hospital discharge information as well as DRG (Diagnostic Related Groups) and ICD-9 (International Classification of Disease) codes from Planning 2.0.
