David A. Dzikowski has joined GeoDecisionsâ, a software-independent information technology (IT) company that specializes in geographic information systems (GIS), as a project manager. He is based in the firm’s corporate office in Harrisburg, Pa.
Dzikowski has more than five years of experience in GIS and seven years of experience in software application development. He provides expertise in ESRIâ Web and desktop-based software packages. Dzikowski’s specialties include developing enterprise GIS applications, strategic planning, needs assessments, and database design. In this position, he is also responsible for the design, implementation, and management of GIS projects.
