XenomatiX is excited to announce a strategic alliance with ASAsense as part of its ongoing ‘buy-and-build strategy,’ aimed at expanding their joint product offerings through shared investments and expertise. This alliance will operate under the name “XenomatiX Group’’.
XenomatiX, a pioneer in the development of true solid-state LIDAR, has been growing as a provider of geospatial services and solutions. ASAsense specializes in cloud-based sound recognition technologies, leveraging advanced sound and vibration analysis.
Both companies share a mission to improve safety and complement each other’s strengths, joining forces as part of a larger plan to achieve a leading market position in digital infrastructure management solutions.
This collaboration leverages advanced technologies, including (edge) AI, LIDAR technology, and sound and vibration analysis for detection and localization. Together, XenomatiX and ASAsense will offer comprehensive solutions for pavement inspection, infrastructure digitization, soundscape monitoring, object classification, event detection, and source localization.
