Baku, Azerbaijan: The development of digital cadastral map and database of Baku has been estimated at AZN 6 million.
Altan Chetinkaya, head of Turkish company Kutlubey harita ins.muh.san.tic, which is working on a project to develop a complete digital cadastral map and electronic data base of Baku’s real estate, said, “One of the priorities is to support protection of property ownership rights. The project on Baku covers primarily two districts – Sabunchu and Surakhani. ”
“The project aims is to support processes of property rights protection, in particular registration of unregistered real estate,” Chetinkaya added.
