CSI Wireless Inc, a leader in GPS and wireless technology products for automotive, consumer and commercial applications, announced that it has received a total of $1,868,000 through the exercising of 705,000 warrants related to the financing of February, 2001. All remaining unexercised warrants expired on June 27, 2002. This brings the Company’s issued and outstanding shares to 19.1 million.
