China aviation Industry Corporation chooses SolidWorks software for quick, efficient design of airborne equipment

August 26, 2002 – SolidWorks is the standard computer-aided design tool for China’s aviation components manufacturer.China Aviation Industry Corporation will purchase 50 additional licenses of SolidWorks three dimensional computer-aided design (3D CAD) software to reduce the time and expense of designing its airborne equipment, SolidWorks announced . SolidWorks is the standard 3D CAD tool for China Aviation, which will have 160 SolidWorks licenses installed in its 30 factories by the end of the year.
