US: Blue Marble Geographics has launched a new version 7.2 of its GeoCalc Software Development Kit (SDK). The toolkit can help developers in embedding the world’s most comprehensive coordinate parameter database into custom geospatial software ensuring precision in any coordinate transformation process. The updated version features new projection definitions, new search functionality, support for WKT 2 coordinate system and transformation syntax, and access to version 8.9 of the EPSG database.
Blue Marble's geospatial data manipulation, visualization and conversion solutions are used worldwide by thousands of GIS analysts at software, oil and gas, mining, civil engineering, surveying, and technology companies, as well as governmental and university organizations.

The latest GeoCalc release offers several dialog box improvements including new search functionality for streamlined querying of the database, full control of the recently used list providing efficient access to frequently used conversion and transformation parameters, and a preview button for testing coordinate operations.
