Poland: Bing maps, one of the biggest competitors of Google maps is now available and active in Poland. With the service, the users can get access to a localised map and database of photos making it easier to search for their destination. So far the Web version is available in the country. The main features of Bing Maps allow users to do POI search; arrive at their destination with comprehensive navigation, both while driving a car, and during walking (function instructions); avoid traffic jams and a selection of the most convenient route map and view search objects at 45 º (Aerial view).
