Baku, Azerbaijan: By Order #301, Chairman of the Azerbaijan State Committee for Standardization, Garib Mammadov approved the rules of registration and elimination of administrative offenses considered by the State Committee for Land & Cartography of Azerbaijan.
The Order assigns Lyutvi Maharramov, head of the Department of State Supervision over Land Use & Protection, Geodesic & Mapping Works, to ensure implementation of the Rules.
The Rules limits consideration of such cases with 15 days and another 3 days is given for transfer of a copy of the decision to the offender. At that, 10 days is given to the offender to appeal the decision on his administrative responsibilities.
