Philippines: Autodesk rolled out training and certification programme designed to strengthen the capabilities of Filipino design professionals and students. The company provides 3D design, engineering and entertainment software for the manufacturing, building and construction, and media and entertainment markets.
Autodesk Philippines country manager Teddy Tiu said, “The programme is designed to enhance and validate the users’ technical expertise in Autodesk’s wide range of design solutions for the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) segment, one of them being AutoCAD 2012. The programme also aims to help users to maximise Autodesk solutions for digital prototyping, building information modelling and sustainable design.”
“The programme can also push business growth to the design-centric business process outsourcing (BPO) companies in the country. Seeing the benefits of the Autodesk Training and Certification Program, local firms and academic institutions have already considered implementing the program for their employees,” Tiu added.
Autodesk appointed MicroCADD Technologies Company and Standford IT Learning Center as official Autodesk Training Centers in the Philippines.
