Britain: A detailed new database of all properties in Great Britain has been launched by allmapdata from Mapmechanics, providing precise premise-level information. AddressMAX is designed to introduce accuracy and efficiency into logistics planning, vehicle scheduling and home delivery management, as well as into analytical work such as customer profiling and geomarketing.
AddressMAX corrects that omission, indicating residential or commercial use for all properties. It even differentiates between types of residential property (terraced house, detached house or flat, for instance). Also defines different density blocks of flats e.g. High, medium and low-rise. AddressMAX also includes the property’s full address and postcode (with postcode sector, district and area separately provided), along with its premise-level geographical coordinates and its Unique Delivery Point Reference Number (UDPRN) as defined by Royal Mail
