AECOM, Jacobs rank high in ENR’s annual environmental report

Engineering News Record (ENR) named six Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) firms in the top 10 of its annual environmental report. The report ranks 200 worldwide companies on environmental issues. AECOM repeated its 2019 position as No. 1.

Power Engineering quoted Lara Poloni, AECOM’s president as saying that their clients rely on them to bring the best teams and the industry’s most innovative solutions to address their evolving environmental requirements. This has never been truer than it is now as their clients navigate greater uncertainties due to the coronavirus pandemic. An increased emphasis on environmental stewardship, and their digital solutions will enable seamless delivery and strong client satisfaction.

Dallas-based Jacobs stands second worldwide, according to the annual ENR rankings. Bechtel is fourth, followed by Mortenson at 5, Stantec No. 8 and HDR at 9.
