India, September 26, 2014: ADCC Infocad, leading GIS solutions company of India has all set to launch an IPO this month.
The IPO will be offered through the SME platform of BSE issuing 2.4 million equity shares of the company to the public at a unit price of INR 40.
The application must be for a minimum of 3,000 shares and in multiples of 3,000 thereafter.
The IPO opens on September 30, 2014 and closes on October 8, 2014.
Incorporated in 1998, ADCC Infocad is a CRISIL-rated software solution provider specialising in GIS & Engineering services solutions having clients across government and corporate segments.
