Nigeria: Theodore Orji, State Governor of Abia, has welcomed a new Geographic Information System (ABIAGIS). The new system is believed to enhance growth in key sectors of the region. The project is a Public Private Partnership (PPP) between the Abia State Government and the Cyrux Global, with investment funds provided by Platinum Mortgage Bank. "The system will support other critical sectors such as agriculture, environment, transportation, housing, mineral resources, water resources, utilities, health and education," said Orji.
