Australia, October 3, 2014: AAM, leading geospatial company, has announced the appointment of a new CEO, Mark Freeburn.
Earlier for a decade Mark served as AAM’s Head of Information Systems then Chief Operating Officer. He replaces outgoing CEO, Scott Ramage who led the organisation successfully since 2006.
Ramage said, “As AAM continues to expand its geographic reach beyond Australia, we are seeing many exciting international opportunities emerge. Mark’s passion for focusing on customer outcomes and broad industry experience makes him the ideal individual, along with an expanded senior management team, to lead AAM through this exciting time.”
Mark’s considerable experience in senior management, team leadership position and extensive background in IT and GIS will be useful in guiding company's global expansion in 2015 and beyond.
