• Registration & Cancellation
  • Cancellation for paid registration received on or before 10 Feb 2026 shall be refundable after deduction of processing fee of Euro 50
  • Registration cancellation requests received from 11 Feb-01 March 2026 will only be provided a 50% refund
  • There will be no registration fee refund after 1 March 2026
  • A discount of 10% shall be given for a group of 5 or more delegates registering from one organization
  • Early bird registration for students does not include gala dinner*
• Photography and Media Usage Consent: By attending the conference, participants grant Geospatial World the right to capture and use any photos, videos, or likenesses taken during the event for current and future promotions, reports, and publications without additional approval or compensation.
• Presentation Publishing: Geospatial World reserves the right to publish speaker presentations on the conference website for knowledge sharing. If any content is classified or sensitive, speakers must inform the organisers in writing at [email protected] and [email protected], within 2 days post-conference. The organisers will make reasonable efforts to comply but are not responsible if no written notification is received.
• Privacy & Content Responsibility: Presenters are responsible for ensuring their presentations and content (e.g., images, videos, data) comply with privacy and intellectual property laws. The organiser is not liable for any related issues arising from the materials used in presentation.
