GWF 2026 Registration Policy
- Gala Dinner fee is Euro 125 (Exclusive of Vat)
- Cancellation for paid registration received on or before 10 Feb 2026 shall be refundable after deduction of processing fee of Euro 50
- Registration cancellation requests received from 11 Feb-01 March 2026 will only be provided a 50% refund
- There will be no registration fee refund after 1 March 2026
- A discount of 10% shall be given for a group of 5 or more delegates registering from one organization
- Early bird registration for students does not include gala dinner*
