Javier Santos is an Aerospace Engineer by the Technical University of Madrid, Spain and Institut National Polytechnique of Grenoble, France. Javier has developed his career in technical roles in the aerospace and satellite operations domains, as well as in business development, sales and marketing roles in technical contexts. He is the Director of Business Development for GEOSAT, currently leading the commercial area through the provision of innovative Earth Observation solutions and data to customers worldwide.

Dr. Siva Ravada serves as Vice President of Development at Oracle Corporation. In this role he is responsible for development of the spatial and graph technology at Oracle. Oracle's spatial database server and related geospatial offerings are used across a wide range of applications from traditional GIS/LIS applications to business geographic applications providing location-based services.

Dr. Ravada works with many national agencies to help them define the architecture for their spatial data systems and help them guide in their implementation of spatial data platform. He is a member of program committees of several international conferences to serve the broader communities of spatial databases, Geographic Information Science and spatial computing.

Dr. Ravada is an author and contributor to numerous geospatial publications, and he holds over 40 patents in geospatial technology. Dr. Ravada received a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota, a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, and a B. Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering from Andhra University, India.

Dr. Chandra Prakash Singh, has more than 24 years of experience in the area of Earth Observation (EO) and Geospatial Applications in various capacities at ISRO and geospatial industry. He is M.Tech. Remote-Sensing from BIT, Mesra, Ranchi. Presently he is working as Deputy Director in Technical Directorate of IN-SPACe. Before his deputation to IN-SPACe, he was associated with Earth & Planetary Sciences and Applications Area (EPSA) of SAC-ISRO, Ahmedabad as Scientist/Engineer-SG. He has contributed to various prestigious projects related to satellite remote sensing applications in the field of environment, forestry, biodiversity, alpine ecosystem, forest fire, forest phenology, horticulture and DSS. He has guided many STC & RESPOND projects of ISRO to academia as focal point and >40 students for their academic pursuits. He has to his credit >180 publications. As Senior Consultant at Geospatial World, LLC, he facilitates high-level forums to engage industry, government, academia and NGOs in enhancing geospatial strategies, governance, and infrastructure for sustainable development.

Previously, Mark spent nearly two decades at the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC), serving as President and CEO from 2008 to 2018. In this role, he led over 500 organizations in the global development and adoption of open geospatial standards. He also represented the OGC to the UN Global Geospatial Information Management Committee of Experts and chaired the US National Geospatial Advisory Committee (NGAC), advising the federal government on geospatial programs and the implementation of the Geospatial Data Act of 2018. Mark began his career as a federal cartographer (1980-2000), specializing in map production and technology modernization programs.

Sallie Payne Snell is the Secretary General and Executive Director of EuroGeographics. A highly respected senior manager, she has an international network of geospatial contacts gained through extensive relationship and reputation management experience.

Sallie represents EuroGeographics in its capacity as an Observer Organisation at both the United Nations Committee of Experts on Global Geospatial Information Management (UN-GGIM) and UN-GGIM: Europe.
