Bryan serves as Managing Director & Senior Vice President of Technology and Innovation at TSCG, where he leads the company's Information Technology (IT), Cybersecurity, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and Research initiatives. His forward-thinking leadership provides TSCG's professionals with state-of-the-art tools and data-driven platforms that enhance client service and operational excellence.

He also heads TSCG Intelligence, the firm's external consulting division, where his team delivers advanced geospatial analytics and market intelligence to a diverse portfolio of clients - including domestic and international retailers, restaurants, and asset owners. Bryan oversees a cross-functional Location Data team of 18 GIS Analysts, Data Engineers, and IT Professionals who integrate proprietary market insights with third-party data to produce industry-leading consumer and market analytics. In addition, he manages TSCG's enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring all systems remain secure, efficient, and aligned with the company's long-term strategic goals.

Since officially joining TSCG in 2014 as GIS Manager - following an initial internship - Bryan has played a pivotal role in shaping the firm's technology and analytics capabilities. He holds a B.S. in Geographic Information Science from Kennesaw State University, an M.S. in Geographic Information Science & Web Map Programming from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Graduate Certificate in Data Analytics from the University of Chicago.

Ms. Killpack serves as the Deputy Associate Director for the Core Science Systems Mission Area within the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). The Core Science System Mission Area (CSS) fulfills the role as the National Civilian Mapping Agency and is responsible for mapping the geologic, geographic, and land features of the United States. The CSS conducts detailed surveys and distributes high-quality and highly accurate topographic, geologic, hydrographic, and biogeographic maps and remotely sensed data to the public. As Deputy Associate Director, Ms. Killpack provides leadership for the science planning and direction of the Mission Area. Ms. Killpack also leads the development, management, and coordination of program activities which include the National Geospatial Program (NGP), the Federal Geographic Data Committee (FGDC), the National Cooperative Geologic Mapping Program (NCGMP), the Science Analytics and Synthesis (SAS) Program, the National Geological and Geophysical Data Preservation Program (NGGDPP), and the National Land Imaging Program. Ms. Killpack previously served as the Deputy Director of the USGS National Geospatial Technical Operations Center (NGTOC) providing senior level oversight for the Center including workforce planning and execution, administration and facilities support, labor-management relations, and training and communication. Before working for the USGS, Ms. Killpack also worked for the Department of the Interior National Park Service as the GIS Coordinator for the Intermountain Region, SWCA, Inc. as the GIS Director, and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Pacific Services Center as the Geospatial Technology Coordinator. She holds a B.S. in Material Science from University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and a M.S. in Environmental Monitoring from University of Wisconsin Madison.

Jesse is the Founder and CEO of Danti, which is building an AI based knowledge engine for all of Earth's data, reducing the barrier to entry for novice users to gain access to data from satellites, drones, analytics, to even property records, social and other data sets. Jesse's career has spanned the drone, space, geospatial and broader aerospace and defense industry. He received his bachelor's and master's degrees in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology where his research focused on aerodynamic design of unmanned systems along with advanced system of systems research fusing space and airborne assets. After his graduate work, he spent many years working at the FAA, DoD and other federal agencies. He was an early employee of one of the first commercial drone autonomy and software companies, later built a business for Airbus which brought together drones, satellites and analytics into enterprise software for various key industries. Later he led Airbus's US space/geospatial business focused on delivering space based data and tools to a wide range of markets.

Joseph Villella is a Project Manager at Exodigo with nearly 20 years of experience overseeing subsurface utility engineering work. At Exodigo, he leads project delivery, utility investigations and coordination, and risk management for Exodigo's utility-sector projects. He was a founding member of USIC Leadership Development Council, and has developed SUE operations at several engineering firms in New York State.

Srinath has more than 15 years of experience in spatial data science with expertise in integrated urban simulation models, transportation mobility analytics, location intelligence and supply-chain. As Senior Director of Geospatial Science at Cotality, he is responsible for managing and delivering products within the property ecosystem related to location intelligence, natural hazard scoring for various underwriting, capital markets and risk assessment use cases. His current work at Cotality cuts across insurance, real estate, mortgage, and related sectors.

Before joining Cotality, Srinath was Director of Data Science at Overair Inc., where he led the company's commercialization strategy for eVTOL aircraft. Previous positions include Director of Supply-Chain Science at Sysco Corporation and Research Scientist role at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.

Srinath holds a Ph.D. in Geography and an M.A. in Probability and Statistics from UC Santa Barbara, along with an M.S. in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University.

Anthony Bauer, P.E. is VP of Business Development at Exodigo, with more than 15 years of experience in structural, geotechnical, and tunnel engineering across major rail infrastructure programs such as California High-Speed Rail and Sound Transit's Northgate Link Extension. At Exodigo, Anthony leads Exodigo's planning, design, construction, and program management of complex rail and mobility sector projects from procurement to completion. He has extensive experience with projects utilizing alternative delivery models, including progressive design-build models.

Brian Collins has 35 years of experience innovating and building software and space technologies that serve public safety, the fire service, and national security. He currently serves as the Executive Director for Earth Fire Alliance (EFA), a global, community-led, nonprofit coalition aligned to deliver transformative real-time data from all wildfires on Earth. One of EFA's first initiatives is spearheading FireSat, a space-based fire detection and characterization system designed specifically for wildfires, providing timely and trustworthy wildfire activity data directly to agencies around the world to protect their communities.

Across his professional career, Brian successfully directed high-profile remote sensing and decision support initiatives within the United States Government and the commercial sector. Prior to joining Earth Fire Alliance, Brian co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member for Intterra, a leading fire and public safety geospatial data intelligence and software company. He previously served as Director for Operational Elements within the U.S. defense and intelligence communities and led the engineering and development of satellite systems for the Boeing Company, Autometric, Adroit Systems, and SRA.

Brian is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran. He holds an M.S. in Space Systems Operations from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University.

Dana Caccamise, Regional Geodetic Advisor for the Western and Pacific Regions at NOAA's National Geodetic Survey, is currently Acting Chief of the Geodetic Services Branch. He also serves as the U.S. representative to SIRGAS and a U.S. delegate to the United Nations Committee of Experts on Global Geospatial Information Management.

Sean P. Batir currently is the Global Head of Mission Innovation across the National Security division of Amazon Web Services. Driven to deliver decision advantage for the national security apparatus, he works across multiple agencies, commercial partners, and Amazon Web Services to evolve and integrate emerging technologies into sensitive, high impact workflows at speed and scale. His focus areas in 2026 include identifying applications of frontier AI, quantum computing, and robotics to improve space operations and all-source intelligence fusion.

Sean P. Batir served as the first Chief Technology Officer of the MAVEN program at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. Mr. Batir brought a decade of experience in technology innovation from Silicon Valley and academia into the Defense Intelligence Enterprise, including real-world applications of large language models, computer vision, and mu to enhance intelligence-operations workflows for the warfighter.

From October 2021 to April 2023, Mr. Batir served as the Chief Engineer of Project Maven at the Office of the Undersecretary for Defense, Intelligence and Security (OUSD(I&S)). He has also held key roles in cross-functional, stakeholder engagement and pioneered inter-institutional collaboration at the Army Research Lab and the BMW Group. He has driven research and development with both academia and industry partners in previous roles to identify interdisciplinary avenues of collaboration. Highlights include partnering with the University of Waterloo to drive applications of neuromorphic computing for vehicle manufacturing, collaborating with Affectiva to study computer vision applications emotion recognition in vehicles, and experimentation with OneWeb to demonstrate the first 5G-to LEO-satellite hand-off for continuous connectivity experimentation with BMW.

Mr. Batir holds a bachelor's degree in Brain and Cognitive Sciences from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), a Master's degree in Bioengineering (focus in Neural engineering) from the Imperial College of London, a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) from the Quantic School of Science and Technology, and certificates in Quantum Computing and Algorithm Design from MIT and Biomedical Entrepreneurship from Oxford University's Said Business School. Mr. Batir is also the author to multiple patents related to energy grid management through the blockchain, as well as the contributing author to a variety of research abstracts that range from studying the reprogramming of neural circuitry for memory, biometric and modular jewelry for remote-sensing, and unconventional therapeutics for Parkinson's disease. His current area of active research includes compositional reasoning for frontier AI models.

As a Principal Engineer at Google Maps, Dan Thomasset is driving the adoption of spatial computing by operationalizing Google's massive imagery datasets for AI. He architected the Street View Insights platform (launched Dec 2025) and currently oversees the technical strategies-including AI resource planning and policy compliance-that are redefining how enterprises leverage Google's geospatial digital twin.

Dan is Principal Engineer at Google Maps and architect of the AI-driven Street View Insights platform. He specializes in commercializing global imagery and digital twins, bridging the gap between legacy mapping and next-gen enterprise analytics.
