He also heads TSCG Intelligence, the firm's external consulting division, where his team delivers advanced geospatial analytics and market intelligence to a diverse portfolio of clients - including domestic and international retailers, restaurants, and asset owners. Bryan oversees a cross-functional Location Data team of 18 GIS Analysts, Data Engineers, and IT Professionals who integrate proprietary market insights with third-party data to produce industry-leading consumer and market analytics. In addition, he manages TSCG's enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring all systems remain secure, efficient, and aligned with the company's long-term strategic goals.
Since officially joining TSCG in 2014 as GIS Manager - following an initial internship - Bryan has played a pivotal role in shaping the firm's technology and analytics capabilities. He holds a B.S. in Geographic Information Science from Kennesaw State University, an M.S. in Geographic Information Science & Web Map Programming from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Graduate Certificate in Data Analytics from the University of Chicago.

Before joining Cotality, Srinath was Director of Data Science at Overair Inc., where he led the company's commercialization strategy for eVTOL aircraft. Previous positions include Director of Supply-Chain Science at Sysco Corporation and Research Scientist role at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.
Srinath holds a Ph.D. in Geography and an M.A. in Probability and Statistics from UC Santa Barbara, along with an M.S. in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University.

Across his professional career, Brian successfully directed high-profile remote sensing and decision support initiatives within the United States Government and the commercial sector. Prior to joining Earth Fire Alliance, Brian co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member for Intterra, a leading fire and public safety geospatial data intelligence and software company. He previously served as Director for Operational Elements within the U.S. defense and intelligence communities and led the engineering and development of satellite systems for the Boeing Company, Autometric, Adroit Systems, and SRA.
Brian is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran. He holds an M.S. in Space Systems Operations from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University.
Sean P. Batir

Sean P. Batir served as the first Chief Technology Officer of the MAVEN program at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. Mr. Batir brought a decade of experience in technology innovation from Silicon Valley and academia into the Defense Intelligence Enterprise, including real-world applications of large language models, computer vision, and mu to enhance intelligence-operations workflows for the warfighter.
From October 2021 to April 2023, Mr. Batir served as the Chief Engineer of Project Maven at the Office of the Undersecretary for Defense, Intelligence and Security (OUSD(I&S)). He has also held key roles in cross-functional, stakeholder engagement and pioneered inter-institutional collaboration at the Army Research Lab and the BMW Group. He has driven research and development with both academia and industry partners in previous roles to identify interdisciplinary avenues of collaboration. Highlights include partnering with the University of Waterloo to drive applications of neuromorphic computing for vehicle manufacturing, collaborating with Affectiva to study computer vision applications emotion recognition in vehicles, and experimentation with OneWeb to demonstrate the first 5G-to LEO-satellite hand-off for continuous connectivity experimentation with BMW.
Mr. Batir holds a bachelor's degree in Brain and Cognitive Sciences from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), a Master's degree in Bioengineering (focus in Neural engineering) from the Imperial College of London, a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) from the Quantic School of Science and Technology, and certificates in Quantum Computing and Algorithm Design from MIT and Biomedical Entrepreneurship from Oxford University's Said Business School. Mr. Batir is also the author to multiple patents related to energy grid management through the blockchain, as well as the contributing author to a variety of research abstracts that range from studying the reprogramming of neural circuitry for memory, biometric and modular jewelry for remote-sensing, and unconventional therapeutics for Parkinson's disease. His current area of active research includes compositional reasoning for frontier AI models.
